'OK hotel, beetje verouderd. Kamerreiniging beperkt zich tot vervangen handdoeken en opmaken bed. Vuiltjes op de grond blijven liggen. Ontbijt gevraagd bij check in voor 5 nachten. Ik heb één ontbijt overgeslagen. Ik moest deze toch betalen bij uitchecken want had dit van tevoren moeten laten weten!? '

'Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...
