'Not a fancy hotel, but well very designed, good food, and good staff. Adequate gym (small and crowded in mornings) and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient with a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A good alternative to more expensive hotels downtown.'

Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. The hotel is at the center of the city, which is very good. They take 300 SAR deposit even if you paid the fee before you come to the hotel, however, it is returned back after you check out. The hotel was not crowded, we did not see many people, I think this is good.'
