'I like everything about this property, the food was great, the cleanliness of the room and property in general was excellent, the staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the offer of body wash and shampoo but I would suggest to have conditioner and body lotion toiletries as well. Other than that, my family and I have a great time and definitely will be back in the near future!'

'I’ll start with the positives: the beach is great, the entertainment is fantastic, and the hotel’s smaller layout means everything is a short walk. Unfortunately, the cons completely outweigh the pros.
The food situation is a disaster. The main buffet serves the exact same food over and over, and they close it right on the dot, even with guests still walking in. For the restaurants some of which are buffet style and others à la carte they strictly limit capacity to just 180 people. Even if you...

'la habitación la utilizo un cliente mio acompañado de su esposa, con quise que dar bien y su esposa y resulta que el hotel terrible que olía a demasiada humedad y la cama super dura que mejor se retiraron del lugar y se fueron a otro hotel por lo que me vi pagando una mejor opción.'

'Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff. Minor issue but worth noting is that the unit could use some maintenance - fixing door handles, appliances etc. Washer and dryer was great to have though. Recommend you bring...

'To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape?
The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons.
We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
