'My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again.'

'The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage.'

'Clean room. Pullout couch fit single, which was just what we needed when our daughter decided to join us. Not too far from Smith College. Good value'

'Had a very great stay Staff were so polite and help me around and also gave me a extra hour after check out time Will definitely come stay again'

'Ik was er 5 nachten en alles ging vlekkeloos. Letterlijk de schoonmaak is uitstekend. Ook de jacuzzi en zwembad waren heerlijk en het tuinonderhoud is geweldig. De kamers zijn mooi groot en hebben alles om je verblijf aangenaam te maken.'

'Key cards kept locking me out of the room every time I left. Needed staff to give 3 new keycards over the 1 night stay. Tostitos dip was left from previous stay. And bathroom needs a remodel'

'Staff was friendly and very helpful.'

'It was much better than I expected! Would stay there again'

'Excellent customer service'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime, propere kamers en een degelijk ontbijt. Wifi kon beter. Goede ligging, restaurants en Walmart Supercenter vlakbij.'

'All employees I came in contact with were polite and helpful.'
