Vind je ideale hotel in West-Syracuse

'Please response back to my wife Maureen VanLare @ 585-503-6564, She was charged twice for the same weekend stay. She has called 3 times, each person says that the manager has to take care of that problem. thank you'

'We are nonsmokers... our room was next to someone who smoked. Smoke came through the bathroom vent. Also, wish the hotel provided microwave food/sandwiches on site, because restaurants aren't nearby. Otherwise, enjoyed the hotel.... staff, breakfast.'

'Very comfortable, safe, and the owner made sure that any one on the property was there for business. I am in a wheelchair and he assisted me without taking a tip. Clean property and room. The bed and pillows felt like home. '

'The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled and the employees were friendly. Nice and clean, the only downside is the breakfest could have some food. They had burretos small cups of yougurt and bite size muffins,cereal from a dispenser. Could have used some fruit maybe a waffle maker other than that every thing else was excellent.'

'Never cleaned the room in 4 days, and got double billed. Have to wait and see if it is corrected. Hotel staff friendly. Limited breakfast. Too expensive for what you get.'

'De kamer was goed en het ontbijtbuffet was ook goed het hotel was goed maar ik raad niet aan van er te gaan slapen in een weekend ,er was lawaai na middernacht langer dan een half uur heb naar de desk gebeld en heb hun er attent op gemaakt maar helaas hebben ze er niet veel aan gedaan dat vond ik niet kunnen tegenover andere gasten dit is het enige negatieve puntje'
