'The Nespreso coffee bar a was unique to any hotel I have ever stayed in and such a great idea as opposed to in room coffee. The room set up was great and the shades and lights all in switches made it easy at night. I needed assistance for an in room safe and the front desk had maintenance up to the room within 5 minutes. Great experience overall. Would recommend! '
'Paul at the front desk was STELLAR! People like him deserve to be paid way more than they typically as re in the service industry. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was amazing. "Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
