« House and property are modern and nice. Ubers are about 8-10 to broadway so very cheap and within walking distance if you don’t have cowboy boots on haha! Very well priced. Would definitely stay again! »

« Nice place. Comfortable and convenient. Lindy was easy to work with when I needed to extend the stay and with a couple of items that replacing. We appreciated that. »

« Great stay in Nashville, very quaint, rustic and a bit vintage. I will say the condo is in a great location, great food options and close to downtown for activities. Zac is very responsive and checked in frequently. We provided feedback to him on a few items and he was very receptive. Overall great stay and time. »

« This location was perfect for our Bachelor party. It was close to Broadway and restaurants. We will definitely come back in the future. 5 Stars!!! »

« We were in town for an event but live within 30 mins of the area but wanted to make a weekend out of it. We enjoyed the location being able to walk to various locations for food and drink. Ubers were quick and cheap to downtown. »

« It’s a comfortable space, more like a one-bedroom apartment, and it feels like home. Separate bed room from an open kitchen and living room making it comfortable to wind down. Not necessarily in bed! »

« We had a very comfortable stay! It was close enough to downtown/ Broadway St that we were able to walk, but far enough that we had peace and quiet. Loved the decor and all of the amenities were provided. »

« The stay was nice, everywhere we went was convenient. The place had everything we needed for our 4 night stay for 2. The location was close a few miles from downtown and everywhere else was a short drive. The unit itself was nice, I think it is a business suite turned into a room. Smart idea. I dont know if I'd stay again only because you can hear people next door and upstairs. Im a light sleeper so that woke me. Other than that it was nice. »

« The property was as pictured and described. It's modern, clean and comfortable. It was located in a safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. The property hostess, Jen, was very helpful and communicative. I recommend her place. »

« Everything was a short uber or fun trip on the rental scooters away the beds were super comfortable and the size was just right for all 3 of us to be comfortable. The pool was nice and the place was very easy to access and find. Overall very happy with our first time visit to Nashville and with our host! »

« Clean studio apartment, close to cool East Nashville bars and music venues. Just minutes from downtown. »

« Wonderful condo within walking distance of Broadway nightlife. Easy use of the Latch app for entry into the garage, building, and unit. Lots of trains nearby but not too noticeable. Highly recommend. »
