'The unit was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Nice bed rooms upstairs & downstairs. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Large big screen TV in living room. TV’s in both bed rooms. Steps from the indoor parking garage for easy unloading and loading. Secured underground parking garage. Friendly front desk staff. Shuttle bus only a few yards from building. 'Great location. Definitely ski in/ski out. Before I got there I received a call about my stay etc. I was very impressed, don’t usually get that. However, the caller failed to mention the lobby is on level 2 and explain how to get to the lobby. The signage was vague. Then at check in the employee doesn’t make it clear that the badge reader to get into the building is not working and make sure to memorize or write down the number.
