The 2-storey house with a view of the sea and the mountains boasts modern decor and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning. The child-friendly house also offers children’s books and toys as well as a baby cot, a highchair and a children’s bed upon request. In the house you will also find a gallery of paintings from a famous local artist that paints with local “tintes” and volcano stones. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a heated pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Your covered terrace with comfortable seating is the ideal place to chill out with a cup of coffee while the sun loungers by the pool invite you to soak up the heat. From the terrace you can also enjoy a spectacular view of the sun setting behind the volcano. Cafes, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in 7-10 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute walk away (700 m). The beautiful Marina Rubicon is approximately 19 minutes away on foot. Furthermore, Lanzarote airport is a 31-minute drive away (28 km).
