Peaceful neighbourhood and good community pool, which was just steps away from the apartment. Spacious outside space to eat and relax. Good communication with Jackie prior to departure. The owner’s kindly arranged for the two single beds in the main bedroom to be made up as a king size bed which we found to be very comfortable. 'We booked a last minute break over the New Year! From the time of booking until leaving the communication was fantastic! The welcome pack was much appreciated and very nice! The villa is absolutely beautiful so light and everything feels brand new the outside area and sea views are to truly magnificent We had a car but really didn’t need it, 20min stroll into playa blanca but literally a taxi rank a few minutes round the corner €3.50 into town! 'The apartment was at a good location in a quiet block near Papagayo Beach and the marina. Very well maintained and clean. Complete inventory. Nice swimming pool. The owner supplied us with all kinds of information about the apartment and the surroundings and resolved a small setback properly. Good beaches nearby.'

'We hebben het heerlijk gehad en genoten met elkaar. De buurt is rustig en ondanks dat er aan beide kanten buren hadden, boodt de plek veel privacy. We vonden het heerlijk om naar het barretje aan het kleine strandje te lopen, of in een uurtje langs de kust naar Playa Dorada te lopen. We liepen dan al wel 3 strandjes voorbij, maar deze was favoriet. Ook de ochtend beginnen met een duik in het zwembad vonden we heerlijk! Verder hadden zowel mijn man en ik, als onze zoon en vriendin een eigen auto...

'Wij hebben 2 fijne weken gehad in deze bungalow die smaakvol is ingericht en ruim voorzien van alles om een relaxte vakantie te hebben. De dame die zorg draagt voor de bungalow is heel behulpzaam en attent.'

'We hebben genoten van ons 5-daags verblijf in villa Yaiza. Het huis is goed gelegen; weg van de drukte maar toch dichtbij de haven, stranden, restaurants, supermarkt enz. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Het contact met Beatriz verliep heel goed. De attentie die op ons wachtte bij aankomst, werd zeer gewaardeerd! Bedankt!'

'Zeer goede en professionele kinderanimatie. Buffet eten was zeker uitgebreid en verrassend. Verwarmd zwembad in de winter is een absoluut pluplunt. Op 1 avond gaf het hotel een groot dansfeest voor het personeel in de hotel-bar met alle ramen open.we daverden in ons bed tot 2u snachts.zeer ongepast en mocht eigenl8jk wel gecompenseerd worden,vonden wij persoonlijk.op zich verdient het personeel zeker een feest maar liever niet op deze manier.'
