The bedrooms were comfy and the play areas for the kids were great!!We loved getting outside (in the -5 weather) and playing in the snow in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub. 'We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...
