'Already booked for next year!We’ve been coming to the Stowe area to vacation for roughly 20 years, and we think this homey cottage/cabin directly on Lake Eden is certainly the most picturesque we’ve rented. And if you are there during Thanksgiving week, as we were, extremely quiet – we were pretty much the only ones out there – other than a flock of wild turkeys.Despite the feeling of remoteness, you are only 15-20 minutes away from Morrisville and the grocery shopping/dining opportunities...

'It was good but a little disappointing in the lake. Entry to the lake was not good for the eight-year-old and the 11-year-old . I guess I didn’t realize that when I booked it the house was great. The area was great.'

'The house was very clean, warm, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to chef up meals. The bedrooms were comfy and the play areas for the kids were great!!We loved getting outside (in the -5 weather) and playing in the snow in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub. We saw 6 deer in the trees behind the house too!The owners were super responsive to all outreach/messages. Thank you for a great stay! '

'Perfect spot for a late season fishing trip with three guys and two boats. Futons in living room so there was plenty of sleep space available for more. Well appointed kitchen and the entire home was spotless. Was too cold to enjoy the covered porch but we could see ourselves renting again, hanging out on porch with dinner on the grill. Entry into the home and getting on WiFi was a breeze. Owner communication was great. '

'The house was clean, decorated nice. The beds were comfortable. The keurig was nice and having a selection of K-cup pods was so thoughtful! We were 15 minutes from the slopes which was so convenient. The roads are plowed several times during the day. We loved the extra necessities such as: trash bags, dishpods, laundry detergent, fabric sheets, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Would definitely recommend staying here! '
