'The Lodge is very convenient for skiing, located at the base of the mountains next to the lifts. I stayed there in mid-March during many schools' spring break, and the hotel was very busy with lots of families. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dined twice at the two restaurants on site: Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout. Service quality was mixed. One night at Alpine Hall was professional, the other was amateurish with a poorly trained server and an out-of-date wine list....

'Het is duidelijk een skiresort. In de zomer zijn nogal wat faciliteiten gesloten. De restaurants zijn veel duurder dan in de omgeving. Overigens een prima kamer en, als het weer het toelaat (we troffen helaas een koude, regenachtige dag) is het waterpark vast goed.'

'I've been looking forward to staying at Talta during ski season but the experience was rather disappointed. The location is great, front desk staff was friendly, and room is clean and updated. However, the walls are paper thin (we stayed at one end unit on the top floor of the building), and we had to hear non-stop dog barking from 7pm-10pm, then someone watching TV during sleep time. It was a nightmare stay for a needed good sleep. People camp at the outdoor hot tub, so it's almost impossible...

'The mountain view is amazing, the staff is so nice and our room was always nice and clean when we came back from skiing. The hot tub is so relaxing and enjoyable. Amazing place. I wish breakfast was included but they do have it available for $20 per person per day. Overall it was an awesome week'

'Main building is restored Vermont-style. Looks really nice and includes a good restaurant (good menu, friendly staff, reasonable prices). Motelrooms are clean and spacious from the inside and - we guess - are getting an exterior update. '

'I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!'

'We come here many years. It is in a close proximity to the Okemo Ski Resort and all local restaurants, and very reasonably priced, particularly for the area. It has its own pool and jacuzzi, and a full spa vith an open pool and sauna on the premices is a special treat. Bella at the spa reception was a great help and atrue jewel of the facilty.'
