Relax with family and friends at our four-bedroom Dover home, just 12 minutes from Mount Snow. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 5 beds, the home combines a comfortable mountain-lodge feel with thoughtful updates and space to unwind.

The great room features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, warm natural wood, and an oversized sectional gathered around a wood-burning fireplace. Roku smart TVs are available in every bedroom, the great room, and the game room.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals together. Both bathrooms have been renovated with modern finishes and tile; one includes a deep soaking tub.

Downstairs, the game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, and board games. Outside, relax in the private hot tub or barrel sauna, cook on the propane BBQ, or gather around the fire pit in the yard. The deck also has hammocks, and the property offers lawn games and eight Adirondack chairs.

The mudroom has cubbies and space to store skis and snowboards. Guests can also use the oversized garage, which is especially helpful during snowy weather. One guest called it “our best experience renting a house for a ski week.”

Guests have use of the entire home and surrounding 1+ acre, except for a locked cleaner’s closet and the unfinished room above the garage.

★ Winter weather can bring snow, ice, and storms. AWD or 4WD is recommended; please drive cautiously and come prepared for winter conditions.
★ Wildlife, including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears, may be present. Please keep food and trash indoors.
★ Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per pet, with a maximum of two dogs. Dog beds, a crate, waste bags, and pet towels are provided. Pet-safe ice melt is used on the walkways and deck.
★ Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property.
