Location gîtes et cottages à Western Lake District

« Good base for accessing Lake District. »

« Very central, large property Needs a little TLC »

« We had a wonderful stay at Lake View Cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic location for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again when we next visit the Lake District. »

« I've been staying in holiday lets in Keswick for many years and I'm pretty sure that this is the best I've stayed in. Great location in the middle of Keswick, and happily my favourite restaurant in town is on the ground floor of the building! Very well presented with an amazing kitchen and fantastically well-equipped (so many places don't even have one pint glass, let alone 6!). A few days into my stay the latch on the main entrance to the building was loose and likely to fall off soon - I...

« Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick. »

« Stayed here for two nights, the property is superb. Spotless clean and in a brilliant location. Will definitely return, and 100% recommend. »

« Lovely apartment all needs catered for. Clean and comfortable. Central location walking distance to Keswick, recommend highly.! »

« Apartment in ideal location for everything Keswick has to offer. All within 6/minutes walk. Private car park so no problems there. The apartment itself is clean. Spacious. Modern with plenty of storage space for food etc.huge fridge freezer. Washer and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. All in a private and quiet location with booths a stones throw away. All shielded by trees so very quiet. Nice view of river from sitting room window. The perfect spot for a stay in Keswick »

« We have stayed at Millside Cottage many times before and it's a favourite of ours. Cottage is very homely and well equipped. It was great to see that the shower has been upgraded. One suggestion is that the new Wood burner is not that practical to use as there is no companion set, or at the very minimum an available poker. Having a fire at home, we know that sometimes you really need a poker to "re-adjust" locations of logs within the fire to ensure that they are sat correctly. »

« Clean room, good location, parking included »

« Absolutely lovely cottage. Hosts are warm and welcoming. A great place to stay. »

« Though bijou, it was well designed and the space was very well used. The outside space was good and lovely to have the hills around, We did have problems using the very modern microwave/grill and cooker - It needed DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS! and we would have preferred an ordinary electric kettle. A corkscrew, too would have been useful! But, we enjoyed a wonderful 2 days »

« This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property. »

« The house really makes the most out of its space. Really comfortable and modern yet still cosy. Everything is new, clean and well thought out. Having the downstairs toilet outside is a bonus and also the outhouse with washing machine, drier and freezer - it just frees up so much space. The house instantly feels spacious even though it is quite a small footprint and the garden is beautiful and secure. My parents live in Braithwaite so I know it well and it really does have everything, including...

« Great cottage in a very good area outside Keswick. Comfortable, good for walks , car trips to other places . Would recommend. »

« Just had a lovely week at Grisedale Pike in Keswick. Information provided prior to our stay was timely and very helpful and had everything we needed to know. The property was as described, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the centre of Keswick with access to plenty of walks from the door. Parking was located close by and very convenient. We would absolutely stay again. »

« We ended up here very last minute and we loved every minute of the nine nights we stayed here it. It's a great place to stay if you want to be near to Keswick but not necessarly in Keswick. If you've got a big SUV parking can be tricky but our Renault Captur fitted in there fine. It's highly recommended. »

« This was very convenient for a group. It was in an ideal location for what we required and it was comfortable and clean. We were concerned about parking but it wasn't an issue at this time of year »

« We had a brilliant stay at Ritson Wharf. The hosts were great, informing us of places to eat and go to visit. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was decorated really tastefully to high standard. We would recommend it and hopefully will visit again !😊 »
