« My friend and I had a great stay here with the dogs for our new forest weekend break! The house was easy to get to and had everything we needed…. Plus more! Would highly recommend. Thanks Oliver, I will remember this place for future new forest breaks! »

« Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time. »

« Amazing house and grounds, perfect for 7 adults, 4 children (ages 1 thru 8) and a dog. Has everything you could need for a short to long stay, managed to get use of the swimming pool on the Saturday, was fresh, but can imagine the summer time it being spot on. Communication with the hosts was detailed and accommodating, highly recommended. »

« Lovely well appointed house with generous welcome hamper filled with local foods and drink. Soaps and shampoos etc in the bathrooms and cloakroom. Lots to see and do in the local area and our host was superb, communicating well and greeting us the first evening to show us the ropes. A wonderful stay in all respects. »

« Our annual trip, the property has had a few upgrades since last year. We had great weather, but even if it's raining the view over Southampton Water is all you really need! »

« This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. Aushra send them by Royal mail, at our cost of course and made sure we received our items before we headed to our next...

« Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. The host was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend! Thanks for saving our new year! »

« So quiet had the Best Sleep ever! »

« Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful! »

« Comfortable house in a quiet area but with bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Historic dockyard is 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Very clean, spacious house with comfortable beds »

« Lovely, beueitiful, big place to stay ,very friendly and helpful hosts, I stayed there for a weekend with my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and see San Fest festival, supposed to check out at 10am on Monday morning but the weather wasn't so great and we was leaving Bournemouth to London around 6pm ,so I contacted lovely owners let us stay for a bit longer. So yeah everything is nice ,the place and host's are 10 out 10. »

« We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

« Ideal location. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here.We had a few minor issues on this occasion, they were sorted quickly and we were very happy with the communication with the host. »

« The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. »

« It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole. »

« Exceptional new renovation. Spectacular kitchen facilities and provisions. Great location for access to The New Forest. Wish we were staying here longer. One of the best properties of our trip. »
