The fan in the room was not maintained and despite a request it was not swooped. Aircon would be great at the windows do not allow any breeze due to how they open. 'Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. When we raised this at check in and explained that we would not be able to sleep in the room we were given a spare fan that simply moved the hot are around.
