« The main lobby was sparkling clean with nice fragrance. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. The fire pit at the back of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good but there were not enough staff and breakfast were not refilled promptly. We found staff to be non-helping. We made 4 requests during our 2 night stay and none of them were resolved. We had 3 rooms and all of them were on a different floor. We requested to accommodate us on same floor but did not happen. We asked for extra towel....

« An ok hotel, not so many amenities, but quiet, and clean. Ubers and taxis are scarce in Wheeling, and the hotel does not provide a shuttle. »

« Staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great. Set up in room was great with a kitchen area. (Bring your own coffee pot , cups and plates.. those are not in the room) but there was always coffee down in the lobby! Room was pretty clean.. i did notice our floor could have been vacuumed better.. but over all.. would definitely stay there again. Great rates!! »

« This might be my new favorite place to stay. I’d never been there before and definitely plan on going back. Room was exceptionally clean compared to other places I’ve stayed. Front desk was helpful, quick, and personable. Room was quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Bathroom was just as spacious as the rest of the room; the towels were all freshly cleaned, folded, and plentiful. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. 10/10 »

« Rooms were decent and the staff was good. The mattresses felt like they should have been replaced 10 years ago. If it wasn't age they were some of the cheapest springy things I've ever felt in a hotel. They were terrible. »
