'All the staff was friendly and accommodating!!!! Exceptionally clean and comfortable.'

'After a 14-hour workday, I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 p.m. only to discover that someone else had already been checked into our room. Apparently, the individual provided my first name, and I'm assuming the hotel gave them my last name, allowing them access to our reservation. To make matters worse, the hotel removed that guest from the room and then had them confront me in the lobby, which was completely inappropriate. 'They accept dogs, the breakfast was good, clean room and comfy beads, nice bathroom. They have a small fridge, food storage, microwave and coffe maker in the room.'

'Easy parking, clean rooms, helpful front desk staff, usual breakfast buffet items.'

'Hotel was old but clean. Downstairs where restrooms and ice machine was in disarray with items strewn about the hallway. Suggest keeping work area rooms downstairs doors closed to hide the working mess in process. Enjoyed grounds, ease of parking and breakfast. Would certainly return to hotel if back in Leavenworth.'
