Flats in Waterloo

'2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars. 'This property is quite "spartan" and the photos are deceiving - there is a love seat in the living room with a very short chaise that is the only seating; checking in was very difficult as the Concierge was nowhere to be found for at least 20 minutes then you are handed a "fob" but no instructions how to use it and this is required for all doors and elevators if it had not been for the kindness of other Residents we would still be standing in the lobby!
