It looks nice and new, convenient for public transport, everything looks great, upon research, the area, building etc on Google maps etc. So I didn't expect any issues. No hot water, they don't tell you until I realised when showering, they told me oh it's down, useless! So despite how I never washed my hair, quick cold showers, the bathroom was flooding to out of the room, neighbours told me and I was like yeah I know this, there's also no hot water, already notified the day before but Expedia didn't provide full refund or even half either. They said 30% refund for the cold shower and not the flooding, I didn't even get 30%off!!! They never answer calls and check-in was so difficult, I had to ask strangers for help and I left the door open because it was too tricky to lock and open, I didn't want to be locked out which would've kept happening. No Idea why it says washing machine and dryer, no. I'm now ill with a flu. Astonishing how no full refund or anything close to it. I really didn't expect such issues for the price. The flooding was inconvenient as more than a day to dry out naturally. Hard to exit and use the bathroom etc with it.
