'Despite a little misunderstanding with substitute staff we left that place with a great satisfaction..Especially worth to mention a willingness to help by manager Jolanda..As soon as she returned to work from weekend everything was miraculously changed..We were immensely grateful for everything she has done for us..From that day we were very happy through our entire stay..She is wonderful in her willingness to help..And after we express our deepest appreciation her response was even more...

'Appartamento situato in zona strategica, vicino a centro commerciali, fermata bus/tram vicino, in poco più di 20 minuti in zona centro sulla via principale chiamata via reale. Appartamento accessoriato, piccoli ambienti ma completo. Bagno ottimo con doccia e biancheria. Tv e Wi-Fi. Abbiamo contattato il proprietario per le chiavi che in comodi box lascia e si apre con il pin sia per il portone centrale. Parcheggio nella strada a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20 pagato 55pl. Il fine settimana è libero....

'Enough for a short stay. Great location, close to Nowy Swiat street and the Old Town. Can be a bit noisy during business days even with closed windows, but perfect for weekends/holidays. Bathroom is very small and shower needs some minor fixes, but it's not a problem if you stay 1-2 nights. Well equiped kitchenette and comfortable bed.'

'The home is well kept and the room was nice and big. The lack of even a small kitchen is a shame as it would contribute to the experience. Overall it's decent value for money.'

'Apartment is located in a nice and beautiful residential area in Warsaw. It’s newly built and inside the apartment is very clean and relaxing. With my overall experience I would highly recommend it for 4 to 6 people group.'

'This was really a nice hotel. The interior design is top of its class and the hotel has not for nothing won a price for best designed hotel in Warschau. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel wel cool, comfortable and I highly recommend it. First hotel that actually recognised my gold status and upgraded me in this. '

'All in all relatively new place, reasonably clean and comfortable, helpful staff, serves the purpose, a bit far from downtown but cabs are fairly cheap. Suggestions: • No place to open luggage unless you place it in the living room, on the bed’s clean sheets, then take out the contents and place in the cup-board. If you are there for 3-4 days, hardly worth the effort; much easier to work out of the suitcase. • Would be prudent to provide a roll of paper towels • Would be nice to provide a pod...
