The Space:

The extremely stylish studio flat has an area of 20 m² and can accommodate 2 people. Its unique design perfectly reflects the character of the place and will make our guests' stay in Warsaw most enjoyable. The interior has been decorated in white, black and with wooden elements. The flat consists of a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The comfortable double bed in the living room will allow you to rest and relax after a long day. Ample storage space is available in the capacious wardrobe. The living room also features air conditioning and a SmartTV. The kitchenette has been fully equipped and there are all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. Its amenities also include a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The desk available in the flat will be ideal for remote working. Internet access in the form of WIFI is of course provided. The modern bathroom with shower has a washing machine, which will be an undoubted advantage during longer stays. Towels and fresh linen for our guests are of course provided during their stay. The flat is happy to accommodate pets. It will be an excellent choice during a trip to Warsaw for two or the one taking place for business purposes.

The Neighborhood:

The location of the flat is a vibrant part of Warsaw, with extensive retail and service facilities, many restaurants and a well-developed public transport network. It will be an ideal place for people who appreciate the proximity to all the most important points of the capital and lovers of big-city life. The building is located at Komitet Obrony Robotników Street, right next to Fryderyk Chopin Airport. The nearest railway station Warszawa Służewiec can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot or by public transport. There are many bus and tram stops in the area, the nearest of which is only 30 metres from the flat. Grocery shopping, which is necessary during your stay, can be done at the Biedronka supermarket, located only 350 metres away. Other shops are also available in the area, such as Żabka (1.3 km). The distance to the famous Służewiec Race Track is only 3.5 km. It is certainly worth visiting this unique place, where you can see the best Polish racing horses and take part in the numerous events taking place here. In the vicinity of the track there are many green areas, such as the Roman Kozłowski Park. If our guests feel like taking a break from the city for a while, this will be an excellent place to take a stroll and enjoy a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature.
