'It's such a great place to visit with so much to do! We loved having our check-in day be a day earlier than our arrival so we could enjoy all the amenities our full first day. '

'When we received our room after waiting over an hour after check in for it to be ready…the sink drain was broken. We had requested different room but were told none were available. The pool area was dirty with left over food and cups all around pool area that people did not throw away. There was no view from our room..except bushes and large spiders hanging from deck. And the staff seemed to be high school students that had no clue what was going on. I would not recommend this property to...

'Great room and the staff was very welcoming. The room was nice and comfortably accommodated mom, dad and 2 kids. I loved how secluded but close all the towers feel. The pool and restaurant area created its own little oasis. There is a convenient walkway into Downtown Disney and after walking 12 miles in Disneyland, that convenience is what I long for. My only suggestion would be that the early morning 6am sidewalk cleaner was a little much because even on the 7th floor you could hear it so that...
