'Checked in late. The process was smooth and the room as easibly accessible.'

'Goed en zee degelijk hotel Aanrader '

'Took forever for hot water to come out of the faucets. The building was a maze with no signage. Breakfast was indifferent.'

'Minder goed dat kamer omde 3 dagen verschoond worden'

'Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck.'

'Mandatory calet (26 dollar and tip) and breakfast was only a 20 usd credit, so i got only coffee and granola with a mini muffin. The rip off definitely. Go somewhere else for a 300 usd room'

'Onderweg van Washington DC naar de Great Smokey Mountains een nacht verbleven. Keurig hotel met fijn ontbijt en faciliteiten.'

'Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.'

'There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful.'

'Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms in the suite. Excellent amenities and great privacy. Quiet. Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! Stylish! All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable but their platform made...

'Staff was very helpful.'

'Nieuw hotel, even buiten Charlottesville vlak bij de 29. Mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers - ideaal met kinderen. Gratis shuttle service van het hotel.'
