'Nice hotel. Staff very friendly.'

'One lamp did not work at all. Same thing with two USB ports. Very little soundproofing, when led to quite a noisy stay. My messages were not replied to. Rather disappointing, particularly for what I paid.'

'Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

'Our king deluxe room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and had all the necessities one would expect. Although there was no physical check-in desk, there was an attendant at the door to direct us. When we needed a new tv remote, I texted the link provided and someone delivered it shortly. Our biggest concern was parking because the hotel has no parking available. However, therev is valet parking, which we used, so it all worked out.'
