'This place is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is very cute, very well maintained and the restaurants offer so many choices. The food is delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly, like ao many people is Peru. The breakfast buffet haa many choices and there is an omelet station where they make them to order. Also the kitchen made pancakes and gluten free pancakes for my wife who is celiac. There are plenty of local dishes/foods too. I will finish by thanking...

'Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!'

'Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. '
