'Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too.'

'Ein tolles Hotel. Es kostet nur us$ 2.- um mit der Taxi in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Dafuer hat man eine super ruhige Umgebung. Die Zimmer und Betten sind super, ebenso wie das Frühstück und Personal. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und der Wasserdruck schwach. Dennoch ein Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert!'

'Het is een gezellig hotel vlakbij de Markt San Pedro. De kamers zijn mooi, goede bedden en lekkere douche. Het personeel is zeer servicegericht. Het hotel heeft een leuke binnenplaats waar je lekker kunt zitten. Het ontbijt is keurig maar niet speciaal. Je bent vanuit het hotel binnen 10 minuten lopen op de Plaza des Armas en als je de straat uitloopt dan loop je zo de leuke San Pedro markt in. '

'Amazing stay! The views from our dome were amazing! You are literally on the top of a mountain with views down to the Urabamba river and a glacier on a distant peak. There are only a few staff that work here, and they do everything! 'We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. 'Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...
