'We had a lovely, peaceful stay. My husband and I along with our son, his wife and two year old daughter had a wonderful five days in Lucindale. Our grand daughter loved the paddymelons, that were always grazing on the lawns. Surprisingly we were patient enough to see two of the resident platypus in one of the prettiest ponds I have seen. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances needed to cook a family meal, although there are plenty of restaurants...

'Very quiet and serene. Looks and feels like newly renovated. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a scenic drive to the southern tip of the island. Though it is about 20 minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. But you can always cook. Very nice experience especially for city folks.'
