'We love how laid back and polite all of the staff was. Everyone was pleasant! The pool was clean and the pool area was nice. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean. The hallway could use open windows to air out and have some fresh air there. It had a slight musty smell. Other than that, 5 stars all around.'

'The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with booking matters (extra night) or trouble with remote control, lending a corkscrew and glass. The pool was great and the breakfast area very open and clean. Breakfast options were predictable, but short on whole grains (oatmeal, breads, granola, etc.) or fruits (a few apples only) in favor of highly sweetened cereals. Overall, a very pleasant stay, convenient to Jim Thorpe town and regional points of interest. '
