'The food, hotel and experience was by no means what we expected and not in the good way. It definitely seemed like reviews were skewed, however there were some amazing people we met on the trip and tried to make the best out of the time were there. Do not recommend nor will will we be staying under this hotel brand again. '

'Amazing stay. This place is fantastic. Staff are so friendly. We did not eat here but the drinks were great! My only complaint is that they have a lovely infinity pool but the beach view is blocked by the “exclusive member” cabanas. A few loose tiles in the pools but I am just being picky. Great stay!! '

'Typical old hotel vibes. Food was good, beachfront is solid. En general it’s an ok all inclusive hotel but not worth the price per night. I think there are better options in Guayabitos.'
