'We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!'

'I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s extremely aesthetically appealing and the staff are super friendly but that’s as far as it goes. It’s nothing really special about or comes with the hotel. Basic amenities, no free breakfast, or no pool. And for the price you pay, you'd think….but nope, nothing. 'The stay was horrible. Got a room that smelled terribly of weed and cigarettes. Sheets didn’t look clean either. The smell was so strong that my family couldn’t sleep. We were told that there were no more rooms available. Probably the worse stay I have ever experienced.'
