'My wife and I spent our anniversary with the St. Augustine, and had a wonderful weekend. The hotel gives you a warm welcoming feel with it being situated in a neighborhood. The adjacent museum across the street, The Menil Collection, and park also gives it a sense of peace and tranquility. The hotel grounds give it a feel of walking into a friend's home rather than a sterile hotel. All the staff made our stay a memorable experience. 'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '
