'breakfast was ok, they kept running out of food & utensils. coffee machine wasn't working. elevator buttons were very hard to push. ice machine only worked on 1 floor out of 4. ran out of hot water every morning. Hair was on bathroom floor. Exterior doors very dirty ... probably not cleaned in months. Hallway had dirt / trash on floor, elevators not clean. I won't stay there again. owned by foreigner and they are just milking the property.'

'The morning staff did not know what was going and and rude while the evening staff specifically a woman name Elizabeth was very helpful and kind but soon to find out they had fired her the next day they basically over charged me for a room I already purchased '

'Only reason I didn't give a 5 was that you have to ask to have trash and towels handled each day. Otherwise, great place to stay.'

'The hotel was dated and not in a good way. None of the ice machines worked. The pool was closed based on online reviews it been closed for several months. This hotel needs to be renovated and better maintained. '

'To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...

'Have stayed here a few times and it’s always great'

'Giselle greeted is as we checked in. She was an absolute joy. Our room was spacious and clean. I even lost the T.V. remote and when I told them, they just gave me a replacement one. The breakfast offered many choices. We would definitely stay again.'

'Check in was great, this was our 2nd stay and the front desk receptionist had been great both times. I believe her name was Jessica. Only complaints are the bedroom closet door was missing a knob and kind of hard to open. there was only 1 fork with the dishes they have in the room and there were no big bowls and just small ones. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean. Other than the small easy fixes we love this hotel when we’re in Lubbock. '
