'Ice machines don’t work fire alarm continuously went off all night staff didn’t care or tell us what was going on and didn’t offer any help or compensation for the trouble'

'Room was clean, but bathroom had hair on counters and some of the towels. Breakfast was good and the staff were great during breakfast time. Evening staff are clearly overwhelmed working alone. They did what they could to resolve issues as quickly as possible. This hotel is across from Texas Tech University so if there's an even going on, the parking will be tight.'

'The room and bathroom were very clean. The stairways and elevator doors could use a bit more maintenance. The breakfast was good, with strong coffee, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Thank you for the wonderful welcome and hospitality'

'The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.'

'Quite frankly the room was small and for two guest we had 1 wash cloth and 1hand towel. The floor by the toilet was dirty and the pillows smelled like dirty hair and sweat. For the price of the room, I was surprised that there was not a free breakfast. The next trip to visit our grandchildren we will stay elsewhere. But excellent staff!! '

'It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit.'
