'The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. 'Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. 'The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. 'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'Decent stay for a couple of nights, the pillows were not comfortable and pretty small. There was a smell in the hotel that we could not get rid of. Fitness center only had 2 treadmills, both were not working during my stay. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I’d give them a 10/10! Room was spacious and enough for what we needed. Only thing I’d change is the comfort of the pillow and cleanliness / smell.'

'Mattresses were terribly lumpy. Air conditioning was not working well. Bathroom was pretty gross, honestly - grime on the walls, dirty toilet and shower, no toilet paper holder at all. Would not stay here again.'

When I opened the room door, the smell of wet dog and old cigarettes kicked me in the face harder than a Chuck Norris round house to the chin. The carpet looked wet and more like linoleum than fibers. The pillows were stained more yellow than a smokers teeth. We had roaches coming out from under the bed and bathroom as a welcome committee.
