'Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet...

'Het hostel heeft bijna de hele dag maaltijden voor een kleine prijs beschikbaar die ook nog eens goed te eten zijn. Het enige nadeel zijn de matrassen, deze zijn echt te dun.'

'In het voormalige klooster is het goed toeven. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, tenzij je airco verwacht. Voor de winter wel verwarming. Goed ontbijt. Ligt wel wat afgelegen Kwartier lopen naar de stad. Daar is weinig parkeerpaats rond de autoluwe plaats.'

'Basic but good hostel. The position is on the way to Siena from Florence. Perfect to explore Chianti. The free parking is a bonus for the ones who travel by car'

'Nice and big hostel, with all the facilities and feeling of a hotel. Packed with young travelers from all over the globe, i guess. Staff is ok and very pleasing compaired to other experiences in Italy. Overall nice hostel, which i would recommend to my friends.'

'Stanza piacevole e non con letti ammassati come mi é capitato di vedere in altri posti, peccato che nei servizi offerti c'era scritto wify invece in struttura quando ho chiesto mi è stato detto che non funzionava (non so se è stata una sfiga mia o una costante ma di fatto ho pagato per un servizio non avuto), patito anche un po' il freddo in quanto i termosifoni al mio arrivo erano completamente spenti... Almeno in inverno sarebbe stato gradito un accensione al minimo in modo da smorzare freddo...

'I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! '
