'I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

'Love on the lake was exactly what we needed after visiting Niagara Falls. The only noise is the waves of Lake Ontario. Quiet, private, & cozy! '

'This is place for refugee or very poor students. No bed sheets, dirty pillows, you get only room, no tables for working, i was on business tri. Wifi and cell signals are down in this basement. Shower and kitchen are shared with others. Aria is ok, in 2 min driving or 10 min walking nice plaza, new one. Not yet polluted by Oshawa homless and drug addict.'

'A series of red flags from this location. The worst was the unclean bed sheets and the lack of towels in the bathroom. There was a lack of food prep (no functioning microwave and no stove). Also no TV.'
