'Most everything was great! Especially the option to have groceries and essentials delivered to the rental prior to arrival and the plethora of hot tubs available on the roof. Only complaint was the provided hair and body washes, which were by far the worst I have used in any stay. The shampoo and conditioner practically made my partners and I hair worse, so bring your own!'

'Host did not provide access code to building. Hot tubs were falsely advertised (2 person in reality, 4 person pictures online). 3 of 5 guests got rashes from hot tubs. Lock on door malfunctioned several times. Otherwise the unit itself was great! Definitely not walkable to downtown though. 2 miles away. Another misleading in advertising…'

'The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The decor was modern yet relaxing. The bathroom is above and beyond with extra amenities and a washer and dryer. The location is central to what's happening in Traverse City. And the host was quick to answer any questions we had. I can't say enough good things about our stay, and I would definitely recommend it.'

'The Harbo studio was cute and very clean. We loved the accommodations for our Pug. However, it got very cold in the room, so we were supplied with a space heater. It did fine once we got in and turned it on, but when we arrived back after a chilly day, it was 65 or less since the heater can't be left on unattended. '

'The odor was awful. It truly smelled like a chemical toilet. We could not stay there. The location indicated it was close to downtown and stated it was “steps” from Front Street. It was, but nowhere near the Front St downtown. I guess being unaware off the area is on me. I would never recommend. Disappointed in VRBO. '

'Location was great and condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. Only issue for us was there were no dressers to unpack our clothes. (Not a big deal if you are staying just for the weekend, but we were there 8 days. )Management was very responsive and cooperative. We would definitely stay again. '
