'Certainly a great hotel and very accommodating to all your needs. Was good to escape the San Pedro highway of golf carts and get some fresh air. Still early in the development phase of this hotel but has really good potential to upstage the other 5-star hotels in the area. 'Staff is really nice. From bartenders, to house cleaners, to boat drivers. Had a good time. It is tedious to get there from Airport with how many forms of transportation you need, but front desk reps made it easy for us to get cab from airport to the first port. I would recommend for a girls trip, couples trip, or family trip , since I saw a lot of kids there as well.'

'Great, comfortable room so close to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pro-tip: bring your own shampoo/conditioner. They only provide tiny bottles and if you have long hair snorkeling and swimming in salt water - you're gonna need a lot of shampoo/conditioner. But otherwise, great experience.'

'This property was in a perfect location!! Orlando was always available when needed and would check on us frequently. The place could use a gooooood cleaning. Ex- the bathroom tub/walls/area around toilet needs done “elbow grease” (smile) the knobs in kitchen kept falling off. The sofa being fabric holds odor and germs. The floor could have been cleaned better but in all honesty we would stay again!! There were plenty of towels, soap etc! The internet went in and out but Orlando was there right...
