'I booked this property after a disappointing experience at an AIRBNB on south Caye Caulker. Alyssa (sp?) greeted me with a cool fruit drink upon arrival and it set the tone for the rest of the stay. The property is beautiful, clean and bug-free (except for mosquitos once you get away from the grounds). The best part of the stay was the staff. It feels like family (and some of them are). Just nice people.'

'Very nice clean room with AC, fridge, TV, and WI-FI. Comfortable, clean beds. Check-in was a breeze.Very nice and friendly owner. Centrally located and very close to multiple restaurants in prime part of Caye Caulker and within walking distance from ferry. This hotel is a gem and glad we found it. Convenience floor downstairs is also a plus and makes for quick and easy shopping. '

'Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. '

'Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. 'I recommend this place for anyone looking to have an amazing time in Belize. I would have given it a five star if, I didn’t have trouble with the hot water in the shower the first night I was there. The hotel is clean, affordable and provides hotel amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water etc. which was great. It is a very safe place with security. Everything is nearby, which was convenient, as I was not good with directions 😂. The best part was the spectacular view my room...
