'Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. 'Stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, very professional. Hotel location is in beautiful Roseland area, pretty central in Cornwall. Breakfast and dinner in hotel is a feast, very relaxed atmosphere with tasty dishes and amazing ocean view. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy and plenty of space. We loved our stay! '
