'Beautiful unique property! Very clean room and very friendly staff'

'It can be hard trying to choose a place to stay lately, especially since AI has blown up. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel like they didn't want to be there. When we checked out at noon (which is an amazing checkout time), they held our luggage and bags for us. When we came back many hours later they offered to let us use the restroom before going to the train station. Most places in NYC don't want anything to do with you...

'The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet. We stayed during the winter, but the lake view from the restaurant and breakfast area were really nice. The hotel was well kept and clean. We’ll definitely stay there again. '

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The hotel is a little bit quaint which I enjoy and why I go there. The only issue was the shower took a while for the water to heat up.'
