Flats in Midden Tennessee

'I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.'

'Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!'

'There’s nothing special'

'We loved our stay'

'Plenty of parking'

'The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.'

'Not sure how they list this property sleeps 6!Air mattress that fits 1 and had slow leak needed to be re pumped every day and a pullout couch sleeps one very uncomfortably as it is a terrible mattress! Sheets and blankets weren’t able to be found til day 2Fire alarms off dailyKey pad on door was low battery took several tries!Day 3 no water pressure and unable to flush toilet'

'The condo was super spacious and comfortable. Location was great especially for the price. Short scooter or Uber/Lyft ride to downtown and other surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again.'

'This property was a great location and exactly what we were looking for, for a quick trip. We came down for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. We were able to easily get around either via Uber/Lyft or we took some bird scooters and bicycles which was super fun. The place was clean, easy to get into using the instructions by the host. The pool was a great time to hang at during downtime. I would definitely stay here again for future trips.'

'Very cute and clean property. Minutes from countless activities and things to do for people of all ages.Adrienne provided a great amount of information up front and her communication throughout our trip was fantastic.'

'We were very pleased with this property. The entire place was very clean, welcoming and made for a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication and quick responses! The property is very conveniently located to everything you could want to enjoy in Nashville!'

'The unit was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We chose that area to be close to an event we attended but were pleasantly surprised by how walkable the neighborhood was. We felt very safe and street parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Excellent property. Loved having pool access. Great communication with owners. Hair dryer was missing & they had Amazon deliver one! One mile walk to Broadway. Would highly recommend this VRBO.'
