'House and property are modern and nice. Ubers are about 8-10 to broadway so very cheap and within walking distance if you don’t have cowboy boots on haha! Very well priced. Would definitely stay again!'

'Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here...
