Flats in Centraal Tennessee

'I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.'

'Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳'

'Cute and Cozy describes it perfectly!!We had a great stay in Nashville'

'Amy was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. her condo is very clean. Comfy beds. Had all the amenities we needed. All the appliances worked great. Very relaxing stay. We used uber to get to nashville just a few min drive worked great for us. We stayed 3 nights and felt very secure and safe. Quiet neighborhood. You have a very lovely place!'

'Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!'

'Very cute and clean property. Minutes from countless activities and things to do for people of all ages.Adrienne provided a great amount of information up front and her communication throughout our trip was fantastic.'

'There’s nothing special'

'Plenty of parking'

'We were very pleased with this property. The entire place was very clean, welcoming and made for a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication and quick responses! The property is very conveniently located to everything you could want to enjoy in Nashville!'

'Not sure how they list this property sleeps 6!Air mattress that fits 1 and had slow leak needed to be re pumped every day and a pullout couch sleeps one very uncomfortably as it is a terrible mattress! Sheets and blankets weren’t able to be found til day 2Fire alarms off dailyKey pad on door was low battery took several tries!Day 3 no water pressure and unable to flush toilet'

'The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.'

'The unit was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We chose that area to be close to an event we attended but were pleasantly surprised by how walkable the neighborhood was. We felt very safe and street parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.'

'We loved our stay'

'The place was very clean and looked great!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Other than food I couldn't think of anything else that could have been provided that wasn't already there. It wasn't far from anything we wanted to do and the chocolate shop around the corner was great as well. The only downfall, it wasn't quiet at all. There was construction noise directly across the street (even at 2am to pour concrete), dogs barking nonstop and a race track near by that we heard a lot. Also we did...
