'The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.'

'We stayed less than half an hour before finding a new hotel. The door to the lobby had to be forced open since the sliding mechanism was broken; the stairs were in poor shape with metal that caved in under my child’s foot and concrete that was separating from the building; they expected 4 people to fit in two barely full sized beds and share 1 towel. The key pads didn’t work so old school key it was… not the worst. Absolutely nothing looked like the advertised rooms on the website we booked on...
