'I really like the location of this property, if you are likely visiting Playa, or Bacalar etc this location has better access to the highway compare with Tulum Hotel area. Having a private pool also a big plus. Overalls great facility. Just mind that its a bit of a isolated area and you will likely need a way to move to either Tulum center or Hotel area (Bike, ATV) rental available on site. Furthermore checking and checkout are completely smooth which is highly appreciated.'

'Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort. Ein großes Lob auch an das tolle und freundliche Team besonders Jonatan und Daniela. Vielen Dank für alles.'

'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kregen wij bij binnenkomst weinig uitleg. De kamer (wij hadden Lagoon) was heel groot, netjes en rustig gelegen en een eigen klein zwembad,...

'What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation. Highly recommend!'

'The check-in went smoothly, and we really got our hopes up for staying at Irie. But during the first night is where the problems started. Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area. We had to think again, the hotel itself seemed to be the party area. There is no supervision during the night whatsoever. Neighbors played loud music, people who weren’t staying in...
