'Place was excellent, great location, very modern and updated. Just a few moments walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach on the gulf side, a bit of a walk to the dog beach. We never needed the car for the 3 days we were there. Modern appliances, and everything needed for our stay, including a nice laundry. Great beach stuff, including a beach buggy for hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler and etc. We and the dog loved the outside fenced area! Communicative host even over the Christmas Holidays.'

'The open stairway as you step out of the bathroom seemed hazardous. Perhaps a built-in gate at the top of the stairs would be helpful. Beautiful spot, beach!'

'The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...
