'Our experience was perfect in every way. The communications before check-on were thorough and timely. The accommodations are comfortable and inclusive, there was nothing that we wished we had. The location of the unit is incredible. Close to many types of restaurants. Within 15 - 20 minutes of the Tampa baseball and football stadiums. We can't wait to find another reason to visit.'

'Check-in was great! I admittedly did not read the check-in instructions super carefully because I was driving, but the owner was very gracious to answer my questions.Pros: Both the condo and the location were just lovely and my son and I felt very safe. Love that all the bedding was white and the mattresses are all encased so we could check for bed bugs quickly and easily (and saw absolutely NONE, thankfully)! Also love that there was extra bedding (as my son had a terrible nosebleed....

'We hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad. Tampa is een aangename stad met leuke buurten en wijken, zoals Hyde Park Village, Amature Works en natuurlijk Ybor. In deze laatste wijk ligt het appartement. Lekker dynamisch, authentiek en gemoedelijk. Veel restaurants in de buurt en koffietentjes. Het appartement zelf is echt prima: fijne kamers en sanitair en praktisch een parkeerplaats achter het huis. Kortom: echt één aanrader '

'Sweet place! Just what we needed! Beautiful water front view and very quiet. Being a first time VRBO user and tired arriving near midnight i couldn't find the instructions for the gate entry that Nelson had sent. He was very patient and guided us through. We enjoyed our stay their!'
