'This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable....

'We arrived late at night (which was a little tricky) and spent the next three days really relaxing. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I watched pelicans fish, and saw a dolphin. The property had wonderful amenities. The pool was perfect, and the gym and court areas were also very nice. It was a perfect base location for a relaxing getaway. '
