'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'The pod itself was clean, although it was clear the TV isn’t wiped often. The common areas are well maintained, especially the kitchen. Useful little study rooms, comfy couches and big enough fridge for people to put their food (labelled). I think the women’s shower room could really be improved as it is extremely small and although there are two showers, there is no way 2 people can squeeze in with their stuff and shower at the same time. 'Fantastic stay from check-in to checkout. Very helpful friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, pool was great, plenty of places to watch the world cup, connected to the underground PATH which was helpful on a rainy day, loved our deluxe king room with a view of the CN tower... would stay again. The coffee was horrible though, go elsewhere for your fix'

'A very solid property in terms of rooms (spacious and clean!), public spaces (many and very clean!) but what stood out most were the staff members. Cannot say enough how fantastic they all were from check-in, to the bar, to the valet; everyone greeted us all smiles, offered to-notch support when we had questions, and were quite fun as we talked soccer. A really pleasant stay!'

'We stayed in The Anndore House for the 8th time. And again we felt very welcome and at home! We were upgraded to a corner room. We really liked having extra seating space and a coffee machine. We will book at The Anndore House again in the spring!'

'Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Chelsea hotel. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en flesjes water en cupjes nespresso cafe. Weinig geluidsoverlast gehad van de bouw tegenover het hotel. Bedden lagen heerlijk.'
